What role does weather play during your appointment?
Cliché though it is to say, nobody can control the weather, and the weather on the day of your appointment can have an effect on your photos and other media. What can we do to compensate for it, and what limitations does it give?
Compensating For Weather
Our photographers are highly-trained to make sure that they get the best possible photos and videos of any property. Part of the technique that they use to capture your listing materials is to take multiple shots of each interior space so our editors can generate a composite image showing a bright, clear view of the room- no matter the outside conditions.
In exterior shots, our photographers adjust their equipment to the lighting conditions, and our editors work hard to make sure you have clear, inviting photos and a blue sky.
Limitations
Most of the limitations due to weather are, naturally, outdoors. While our photographers and editors make sure outside shots are bright and have a blue sky, we cannot, for example, do much about things like wet concrete or decking. Depending upon how bad the weather is, drone shots may also not be possible.
We strive to make sure that every appointment gets agents the listing materials they need. Part of our commitment to that is a hassle-free rescheduling policy. If you ever need to reschedule due to weather or for any other reason, just give us a call at any point before the photographer arrives on site and we can adjust your appointment to another time or day at no extra charge.
