As fall settles in, take advantage of the features in your listing that speak to the cozy autumn vibes that people are looking for. What can you do inside and outdoors in order to make the most of your listing photos?

Inside

While it is a good decision to avoid having tons of seasonal decorations, some sparse, tasteful items are a good way to add a light seasonal flair that will translate well in photographs. Features such as fireplaces and high-end ovens should also feature prominently in the photos as many people associate fall with baking and brisk weather.

Outside

As with inside, outdoor decorations should be kept to a tasteful minimum; even if it is around Halloween, gory or large decorations should be avoided as they can distract from the home in photos.
